Milano FICTS to screen Iranian sport movies

The 36th edition of the Milano International FICTS Festival in Italy has scheduled to screen a lineup of Iranian movies.

The Iran representatives will go on screen in different sections of the Milan festival.

'My Sister Mohaddeseh' directed by Atefeh Mehrabi will go on screen at the Sport & Disability section.

'I Am an Iranian' directed by Mohammad-Reza Ahanj is an entry to the Wrestling section.

'Iran plus Two Powers' directed by Farzaneh Amini will be screened at the Movies & TV Football-Medium and Feature section. Amini’s other movie 'Sniff' will also compete at the Boxing section.

FICTS (Federation Internationale Cinema Television Sportifs) is the organizer of the event, which is the final phase of the World FICTS Challenge that runs in 16 countries, including Iran.

According to the FICTS, Tehran will host the event on October 16-18.

The Tehran FICTS will be held in collaboration with the National Olympic and Paralympic Committee, the Ministry of Sports and Youth, IRIB and the Tehran Municipality.

The Milan FICTS is slated for November 14-19, 2018.
